We really need to hear from the the Minister so he can clarify if the billion is contingent or not. Either way it is still good news.

Greg Rickford said this morning that the problem he has is the money is not specific as to what infrastructure the money will be used for. He said we can't commit money that will go to a development corporation that will later provide the details. For sure he is playing politics and as a resident of his riding I am not impressed.
