Finance Minister Sousa's office says the money is contingent on the Feds matching. So we need the budget to pass and the Feds to come on board. This will require the Libs, the Cons and the NDP to all work together? Of course if we go to an election then the renewed funding promises will come from whomever wins so should only cause a slight delay?

Our next spike might depend on the budget passing.
