I've never filled out profiles very well, maybe not so as be pigeonhole, in this internet age, but you are right and I'll have to correct it. After, I thought to myself, it really doesn't matter if your Canadian. That's not the issue, nor was it ever part of the case.

However, Cliffs will only truly develop or partner meaningful concessions regarding the only viable right of way to the project area until they respect the decisions of the tribunal of the Ontario Mining and Lands Commission.

Cliffs is appealing and that is their right under law.

Irregardless, the Crown of Ontario can't expropriate in this case and other ROF stakeholders have their rights to develop the area and it "will involve our founding nations, respect their culture, rights and interests and ensure the First Nations receive the rightful benefits they expect."
