However, Cliffs will only truly develop or partner meaningful concessions regarding the only viable right of way to the project area until they respect the decisions of the tribunal of the Ontario Mining and Lands Commission.
Cliffs is appealing and that is their right under law.
Irregardless, the Crown of Ontario can't expropriate in this case and other ROF stakeholders have their rights to develop the area and it "will involve our founding nations, respect their culture, rights and interests and ensure the First Nations receive the rightful benefits they expect."
