Road yes but it will not be the only one and it will be only a partial solution in the long run.

Granted, for Noront just a road is fine, we can live with that. Roads are needed for the natives and for service duties for the other infrastructures.

The railway has to go in but it will take time. Not because it is a railway but because it is the final and last solution for bulk volume. However in the mean time the native communities are voting with their voices and politicians must listen. Hence roads are likely to go in before rail and looks like power lines before all else.
