I agree that Baosteel is the most likely candidate for the takeover.

They also have over 20 million shares which they can sell as they choose without disclosing that they have sold. Hmmm......

JDR .......I feel that Baosteel would have to disclose any sale or purchase since

they have a person on BOD of Noront and are insiders.
