I agree that Baosteel is the most likely candidate for the takeover.

They also have over 20 million shares which they can sell as they choose without disclosing that they have sold. Hmmm......

I agree with Sum that somebody definately wants this stock to stay low. Today was a very good example of that.

Probably to lower everyone's expectations when a lowball offer comes

I do believe that this fall will bring a lot of money into the markets, so we will see if the sellers are willing to keep selling into the inevitable more buying that will be coming after the FS.

I think things will start to get interesting soon.
