Cliffs is very smart. Imagine announcing not only do they like and prefer a brown field space outside of Capreol instead of where the Indian Pëoples' desire it, but announcing loudly that they are unhappy about electricity costs in Ontario, and just might prefer to do business in Manitoba or Quebec................talk about stirring the pot. Of course, they didn't intend any manipulation of events, or outcomes, they are just straightforward business people telling us how it has to be. So far one has taken the bait, we wait for the other.
