The train will definitely run. There is far too much profit to be made for all sides. The question is ....when. There are always other mineral zones in other parts of the planet but this one is just a little too tastey because it is more politically safe for the times ahead. The future geopolitical issues for this planet will require getting things closer to home where one can and duking it out for the others that you can't domestically... where strategic/critical ores are concerned.
