I have to agree. Generally, a hostile action is one that is opportunistic and does not reflect fair value, and therefore the first defense is to assure more than one major has an interest in the company. That is why many highly prospective juniors, such as NOT, enter into JV's with majors that fairly set out the future division of spoils . This offers the major protection of its strategic interest while assuring fair value and liquidity to the junior. That avoids potential hostile actions designed to take advantage of lack of short term interest in the company.
