Exactly! ... as are most of the estimates/assumptions that go down on this site. There are far too many variables for us to even begin to make assumptions on sellout prices. By the way, did you not forget that we are going to mine this property?.... so why the estimates on a sellout to begin with? Just another factor that is unkown. Do you see what I mean? We just don't know. It's fun to do and to dream... but dreaming is what got a whole lot of people in trouble in the first place. That's my point in this whole discussion. That is why I usually finish with a disclaimer when I hypothesize. If you factor in all of the if's and maybes that accompany a posters expectations, either written or implied, they are nothing you could generally take to the bank but they do place the readers at risk of becoming attached to those lofty numbers.
