Why would Ontario want a sea port on James Bay? Where would they ship to?

There is already a sea port at Churchill in Manitoba. The market for Ring's metals is mostly the American continent so any shipping out of James or Hudson Bays is too round about the Ungava Peninsula, not practical due to distance imo.

No, the only cost effective answer has to be direct transport to Thunder Bay or Timmins & Sudbury regions. Rail to Nakina probably cheapest.
