With all due respect Frank I think 2-1 would be a more appropriate offer.

I am told that the chrome at Black Thor is of better quality than Blackbird.

I don't pretend to be an expert on Chrome but lets say they are of equal value. That would be 1-1.

NOT has nickel and so far FWR only has traces.

FWR has it's share of Big daddy.

FWR has it's share of QUC which is not insignificant.

If you say Big daddy and Quest total is equal value to the NOT Nickel then again 1-1.

If you say the nickel is double the Big Daddy/Quest holdings, then 2-1 may be appropriate.

I'm not sure how they got to 4-1....except to say that they are fishing.
