Except that NOT wants everything. Windfall, Clarence Stream, QUC shares. I think that is worth more than what they're offering. I think more people would consider the offer if it was only FWR's 4 claims and cash on hand included in the deal.

However, I'm all in with both NOT and FWR, so to me it doesn't matter where the money is as long as I realise a good price in the end. So I sit and watch and wait.
