The bid for FWR is based on NOT share price period. The current price of $0.3975 is only based on the closing price of NOT. Anyone here believe NOT alone is undervalued at $1.59?? The price of acquisition will rise with NOT's price. We are basically saying that FWR is worth/contributing 1/4 of NOT's contribution. When you look at land position, cash, proven deposit, I believe this is a good offer!
