Jacki,

Some American brokerages allow you to trade directly on the .V, however NOSOF is on the OTCBB which is open for trading today. FNCJF (fancamp) is trading today, I don't understand why NOSOF is not. I just put in a small order for "Good for today" to see if they would take it and they did, however I am not showing it filled yet or even a bid/ask on the quote through td ameritrade.

I am going to call TD and see if they are halted.
