OK sounds reasonable BUT it still involves the cash outlay immediately for the road and capital employment is costly. There would be no 'special' tax breaks or credits because that would involve changes to tax legislation both Provincially and Federally.

There are already deductions available so reduction of tax on income would always be taken into consideration. Not the same level of tax breaks as those available for exploration already in place.

I believe all of the explorers in the ROF would jump at the chance to pay a 'toll' to gain road access to the ROF as the 'toll' would be so much less than the present cost of getting men/supplies/equipment into this area. In addition it would remove a lot of the 'risk' investors perceive about this being a viable mining district and all exploration companies likely to see their market cap and share price rise.
