That makes a lot of sense, Khareema. Not to take anything away from the great posts of JD, Cos, Sum, Glorieux, Miss K and anyone else I missed, that was in this discussion about the major take-out of NOT.

As everything else has been said already, please allow me to play devil's advocate....

Could a hostile takeover still occur, with a major lapping up shares, up to 10%, then making a few side deals with the institutional guys and next thing ya know, they have 65% of the company. And we're offered whatever for our shares. As negative a thought as this is, shouldn't we still be aware of that possibility ?

It's the last thing I want, believe me. Unless it started a major bidding war for NOT. And the major would have to co-ordinate all the important ROF companies, at the same time, so that, as Khareema pointed out, the SP doesn't skyrocket on one or more of the others, while they're making this power move.

Just thinkin' out loud. Perhaps I shouldn't have eaten that last mouse.....
