I totally agree with you Glorieux; The way the PP was done, with them actively marketing and still not filling it, does indicate there was no major involved.

Recent market actions, being spread about the various ROF players as it is, could very well suggest that there is a majors interest though. This major may not be actively buying in the market, but if there was interest ,there would be several persons involved in discussions, and they would all have friends and family wanting to quietly get in on the coming action.
