I think everyone should back up here and reconsider the facts.
Firstly, it is not and will not be rousseau's decision as to what we do with Windfall. Rousseau did attempt to take control of the BOD and failed. An independant board was elected, and they will select a new CEO. The end result is that although Irwin has a little more influence than he originally did, that is all he has, a little influence. We have to believe that the BOD is acting on all our behalf, or we should sell and go somewhere else. End of story.
There has been very little said about Windfall for several months now. The silence indicates that there is something happening behind the scenes with it. However I doubt that anything will actually happen until the BOD question is settled. We have to have a new CEO and I am sure that the acting ones will not make any major decision in the interim. But I say again, we have to believe that whatever the ultimate decision is, it will be for the ultimate good of us all, else we should move on. Give the new board time to reorient and we will all prosper (maybe).
