Well said, khareema, and it was not my intention to re-open the Rosseau can of worms.

The main thrust of my post was that their actions and statements quoted in the dissident proxy( although they tried to suggest otherwise) was that they think Noront's properties are well worth possessing, and as you said ( and I should have) they do not have the final decision in this.

And that makes it among one of the things to be grateful for!
