Yes, and at the time Voisy's Bay became the Standard by which Buy Out deals were dreampt of being made going forward. Remember the follow up legalities that went into the "Voisy's Bay" dealing. We have that as part of the new standard. But do not ask me about the specifics of the Post BUY OUT as I have but the general context. We should and will improve on that as well.
