Message: Re: Voisy Bay was bought for 52% of in situe value

Hi Cappy, no need to apologize, we are all here to learn. I have come to respect PW as he has posted some very good info. I have pretty much read every post on here over the last 4 months and to be honest, I do not know what fair In situe value should be. 10% really seems to low for the grade we have so far and from what I have read, 52% seems too high, that is why I said 20% should be a minimum. Does anyone on this site have a take on In Situe value %? The tonnage we can calculate as we go (well Rockaur and a few others can anyways) but the In Situe value will give us the fair valuation at buy out time. It is very important to have an idea on this. I welcome any thoughts on this topic.

Thanks in advance

Glorieux
