Thinking out of the box:
* Businesses that need cheaper smaller tracking devices, be it packages or property.
* "Better Mousetrap" device (my example for prisoner tracking)
* Tracking revolving door CEO's to see if they really are working on M/A stuff, or if they're just a new face blowing sunshine up you butts, lol...
You just cant give a cell phone to everyone you know...
