IMO, theres more to LBAS than what meets the eye...

Think about this:

1) CEO of LBAS is Ex Corporate from AT&T

2) LBAS network coverage map has a strange likeness to AT&T coverage map.

3) LBAS Tag line is "Your world, Located". AT&T tag line is "Your world, connected"

LBAS is positioning itself to offer the ID tag, but to go beyond and offer licensing and allowances to incorporate its technology into "white Label" opportunities...

If you're a cell phone manufacturer, and someone you a solution that takes up less internal real estate on your CPU chip, plus offers significantly less current drain to operate on your battery P/S, tell me what you're going to do when your getting hammered by shareholders hounding you to increase profits?

...while at the same time (as a manufacturer) facing the possibilities of functional obsolesence because of competitors shrinking their devices, or incorporating more features into their packaging....?
