This is what I meant about the judge not getting that there are three seats and the PDS is responsible... but who are the three people? and who do they work for/ represent?

It was incouraging to read that CM gets paid through PDS now. But how does PDS get paid? That is a real thorn is the side of shareholders too? How do we get paid? And I believe it says that PDS is responsible for monetizing.

I get the sense the judge sees what is happening. I just hope that he can coordinate all the rulings to right many of the wrongs. He seems fairly savy.
