Thanks BaNosser. Seems that someone in the courts is able to cut thru all the @$#*&^%!??? and sum up the situation. As I read the documents I kept thinking who is the third person/entity who is the third person on the PDS board??? I also noted that CM's plan still has a chance if it can define certain things to the courts satisfaction. However, the first document seems to say that can't happen? Not sure how the two go together. No mention directly of the shareholders, but I got the feeling it our existence is acknowledged/suggested. The court seems to be realistic about how to get this moving forward and settling the disputes so that the money can be flowing and creditors paid. Now we wait for the 19th. And I still am wondering as I have been just which plan is going to benefit us the shareholders the most? Also I can see how the our BOD remains quiet about everything because of the situation's complexity. And I can see how they worked to resolve some of the issues with PDS getting the money directly ( that is the reason I saw them smiling at the SHM and feeling confident when they intimated that certain issues had been resolved ??? ). The one other thing is that I can see how the court recognizes the "bad things". The directive or message of the court seems to be prove it... GLTAL
