No. The judge took questions from the last hearing and will reply to them after he has thoroughly read both plans. He will set a date to review both sides' revised Plans. He told both sides to hold off submission of new Plans until he gets back to them, with his comments and a date. We might see a Pacer this week on that and hopefully the date he sets will be the final one.
