I think the judge knows too. He has to be even a bit sophisticated about the world of business to know what is going on. The big question for me is does he have or can he figure out the legal tools to remedy what has been going on at the expense of CM and the shareholders. I also feel that he will rule in favor of CM's plan. Just my feeling. It's a wait and see. GLTAL
