When did any body buy a license??? And what did they pay?? This just goes on and on... When did Apple buy a license? Only a boasting comment from DL at a public SHM revealed that to the BOD's dismay! Non-disclosure is such a smoke screen for keeping secrets, except for when the court gets involved...( Poor Mick Jagger had his health records disclosed by the court because of a suit.... "Can't you guess my name??" ) It would have been better for PTSC and DL to disclose everything up front rather than to wait for a court to reveal what should have been known to shareholders to begin with, IMO.
