personal attacks?? Yes, but mostly against... those who don't follow the logic of the dominating group here, which you are an important part of. And additionally the definition of what exactly has to be seen a "personal attack" or "truth, fact, or knowledgeable opnion" also lies in the power of this group.

So let us analyze Fut's post abut Brian:

I was threatened with bannishment by Agora because of my postings last week. So obviously Agora is more worried about it being a peaceful environment rather than actual truth prevailing here.

Members of this forum, some who have been contributing to this forum for well over a decade, have been outright accused here of purposefully bashing the stock to either get lower prices or for some entity to accumulate.. stated as fact.. for years..

I see Brian suggested in a post today that "if he isn't going to make money on this stock"....see my previous postings about what Brian has said about his stock holdings. He held 8 million shares at one time, before 2 runups - one to over $8 per share in the early 2000's and one to over $2 per share in 2006. Add to that the fact that over that time the company paid what, 9 cents per share in dividends, and one can only come to the conclusion that Brian has not only made money, he's made a LOT of money on this stock. So he must have lied somewhere. Either in what he said about owning 8 million shares, or alluding to not making money with this stock. Yet if I attack THAT angle of his posts I am villified and threatened with bannishment for attacking a poster.

First PTSC never went over $8 per share.. it went to $7.35, closing at $6.25

Second it is stated Brian must have lied.. Know one here knows what Brian has done with his holdings.. any speculation regarding this is just that.. pure speculation.. Yet because the sp has spiked twice he had to have sold..? For example I didn't sell.. I expected the ShBoom to begin being licensed since it was a working native Java chip, instead I added on the way down (unfortunately all we got was the super, awesome Caliper Pig).. Didn't sell @ $2 either cuz I expected $20-30M licenses to continue to be the norm since everyone was going to have to license (worse yet I advised my brother not to sell, gawd)... As for the divys.. if your basis is 9 cents you're only even, regardless if you have $8000 worth or $800,000 worth.. minus taxes, fees.. you're still in the hole.

You (one) can't assume in hindsight that someone sold at the highs... How many lucky ones here did? Fut, did you sell all your holdings at $7? How much at $2.20??

To state that someone must have lied cuz they had to have sold on the spikes once again is pure speculation.. but is being stated as fact
