Unfortunately we didn't include PTSC in the domestic industry prong. As a matter of fact Samsung says that we should lose on domestic industry because TPL had divested all control of the MMP to alliacense before the the ITC trial. Hopefully it is something that is overcome at the ITC level and it is not a way for politically minded commisioners to give us infringement but take away Domestic industry. Forcing us into the CFAC and buying them(infringers) another year.
