What I want to know is, along with why the ACER, Amazon, Kyocera settlements weren't even announced (along with a miryad of other things), why PTSC/TPL/Moore are not even considering applying for patent extensions?? Our only, supposedly valuable, asset is basically held hostage thru the majority of its productive life thru countless PTO reexams and drawn out litigations, and it stewards.. our stewards, whose fiduciary responsibilty is to us, are not even considering applying for patent extension/s??

Why is that? Is the paperwork a pia...??
