Thanks for clearing that up for I had kept referring this to be an appeal...

The motives for reversing the judges decision in the face of a very low seetlement reward.

I can only think that HTC faces the threat of large licensing fees going forward.

Whatever else could it be then?

Also if this does not get the judges reversal do you see them filing an appeal?
