The clock tics away while our BOD is still sitting in the back seat, helpless;

but I fully realize they have no choice, because they don't know how to drive.
So, no matter how lousy and damaging DL's been to our public company, the BOD wants to still be his buddy; because without DL and his company running the Program, it would completely expose how pathetic PTSC is as financial stewards, as asset managers and especially as business leaders.
I think that for our BOD, it's just a matter of hanging in and waiting-out the next 1.8 years left on the Patent's life. Whatever is collected is collected, the patents will have been vindicated, they will be able to say they prosecuted and licensed them, but just that investing in PTSC, like any stock, is a know risk and gamble.
The issue of ROI for Shareholders is a whole other matter that this BOD seems to have little experience, interest, capability, or will take responsibility for. So long as they can just keep the company alive (and their jobs intact), I believe this is the overriding mission for them.
My timeframe for latitude to see a corporate attitude change is over. Exactly one Month has now passed since the HTC verdict, and I have seen no tangable or sincere change in "Business as Usual" or dismissive treament towards Shareholders, by our CEO or BOD.
As far as I can tell, PTSC as a company, continues to be a disrespected laughing stock under Cliff's leadership.
