Thanks for the feedback. Admittedly, I haven't read up much on those scenarios, so I'll defer to your opinion.

Hopefully, within 48 hours, we'll hear the verdict of INFRINGEMENT pronounced upon HTC. If that happens, I hope that alone will encourage some of these other fence sitters to seize the opportunity to consumate a license and be done with it. We'll see.
