We take the decision back to the ITC and use it to reverse the ID. This puts the ITC back into to play and puts pressure on the remaining Companies. Immediately file the second wave of Infringers with the ITC and NDOC and settlements are much clearer now the outcome is a known variable. Bean counters can then only worry about settlement numbers verse validity and infringement which could have equaled a zero in the variable.
