Last post on this - your use of the word "admit" in any form is totally, unequivically wrong.

If you ask the attornies and CPA who wrote that paragraph what they admit to in it, they would say "absolutely nothing". They've disclosed TPL's claims and not admitted to anything. You are the disingenuous one here and it shines right thru to the people that know how to read this stuff.
