I say the dd doesn't exist. If you claim it again without proof I would think that you are relying on the "someone told me" gig so that you can't be called a liar, even tho the info is misleading. I've seen the posts on Ihub claiming the same thing, and I KNOW that the poster that posted it was twisting facts.
