That's not admitting anything. TPL claims the damages are $59m, Amazon says they dispute (everything, infringement and damages) and you say that's admitting the exposure. Your interpetation of this paragraph is totally incorrect. If you dispute what I say, I suggest you talk to someone that can interpret it for you. It in no way admits any exposure.
