I just find it very hard to believe that every (or what appears to be every)conference/hearing is scheduled and listed on Pacer and then this last MH hearing was not..?? I find it an interesting coincidence until otherwise proven..

Wouldn't it be nice, if this was as relevent as a MH for the '336 Claim 1, if our esteemed BoD, or their equally esteemed partner, communicated as much to us, the lowley shareholder...
