IMO - With this board and this management there will never be a "right time" for such a move. . . . . Who in their right mind would find anything "trustable" coming out of the mouths of this group and the "sharks/partners" they do business with? I've yet to see a RS do anything but serve as the death knell for penny stocks. In my mind trust is earned by repeated performance. Show me a history of quarterly dividends or a year plus of sustainable results and then maybe . . . just maybe I could be convinced that the move is more than another method to screw retail shareholders.
