because the stock price moved up on the 9th I just have to believe it is somehow related to PTSC. Even if it is just a TPL thing it must (IMO) be somehow tied to PTSC for the stock to move like it did. Of course it could have moved for some entirely different reason that we do not know about, but this seems the most likely reason.

Question: do the PACERS have to spell everything out, like the names of all the parties? Can a PACER exclude some parties? I mean if it says TPL vs ? could TPL be enough or do the entities that are linked to TPL also have to be listed? TIA.
