According to court docs there is a notice of motion for recovery of expert witness fees in the amount of $85,114.71. I sure hope we don't see an entry in the next 10Q indicating that PDS approved yet another sum of money for TPLs part in litigation support.

There is also a calendared event scheduled for May described as Court Trial-long. The jury trial is over, would Ron or someone please comment on what court trial-long is.
