To my knowledge, Chuck Moore's case against TPL has not been settled. According to the court calendar there is a case status review scheduled for May 3. There is always a possibility that some sort of settlement may be in the works with Moore, Brown and even Marcoux. However, it is my belief that Chuck Moore deserves his fair share of $$$ and may be less concerned about ownership than being paid past and future $$$$ owed.
