I don't think there has been any change between PTSC and Alliacense/TPL regarding selling/licensing the MMP.

1. reason:
I have asked the company in 2011 after TPL has vanished from PTSC's starting website from the partner's section (Alliacense/TPL are only mentioned in the licensing section) - the answer was: nothing has changed, they just want to make sure the links on PTSC's website are under their control.

2. reason:
The presence of Leckrone on the SHM this February - why should he be there if he wasn't involved in marketing/licensing the MMP anymore?

3. reason:
TPL and PTSC are in the middle (or hopefully at the end) of their most important fight (T3) - it would be suicidal to split NOW.

4. reason:
In the words of PTSC the main reason to settle the dispute with Alliacense/TPL was to eliminate the biggest hurdle for the continuation of the MMP licensing - hence it wouldn't make sense to terminate this partnership NOW.

5. reason:
I'm sure it takes years to build up the knowledge Alliacense/TPL has built up with the engineering and licensing process - you can't switch this in weeks.
