On PTSC's website TPL is still mentioned as co-owner of MMP and Alliacense as the licensing agent. See the licensing tab.

Is TPL out of the picture? Nothing to base that on.

Is TPL out of the PTSC pr picture? Yes. Stryker announced May 23, 2011 was last mention of TPL/Alliance. No mention of TPL/Alliacense in licnese announcements post the settlement in Oct 2011.
