I agree about what you are saying about the Markman and the MMP needing proof of infringement. I was just pointing out if I read one of the pacers correctly that Barco claimed we asserted infringement of chips they claimed were not in the products we specified. I agree this would be very incompetent on our part. Regardless after a positive Markman they would be able to escape a battle but the war will be won by us.
