I spoke with the courtroom deputy and asked her when there might be a ruling on the Markman to know if it was favorable for the defendant or the plaintiff. She responded by saying that the tutorial and Markman were to help the judge understand claims. She said we haven't had a trial yet and that a motion hearing for summary judgement is scheduled for the 27th of this month. It is followed by a case management conference. She said if the summary judgement is not granted, then it will go to trial and the judge may set the date at the case management conference. If summary judgement is granted then I guess it is game over.

Ron, anyone....comments please. I guess the 27th will be the most crucial date for us.
