Seems to me I recall that a few who attended the last Markman (aka claims construction hearing) in Texas, were not impressed with Roger Cook. If my memory is correct I thought I remember him being described as unorganized and fumbling. He was not quite up to the task for which he was paid. Corrections welcome.

Let's hope the attorneys for TPL and PTSC are better prepared. With all the equipment being called for, I certainly hope they plan to put on a good show.
